1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Search Panel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Services

Search Panel offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

Subscription pricing and billing periods are clearly displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with notice.

3. Lifetime Purchase

The App offers a one-time "Lifetime" purchase option that provides permanent access to premium features. This purchase is tied to one platform and does not transfer to other platforms or accounts.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.

Refund requests must be submitted through the appropriate app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not process direct refunds.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its content without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy and Data

Data collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services at our sole discretion. We may also request removal of the App from distribution platforms. Upon termination of services, your right to receive updates, support, and premium features ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
